We buy, Fix and Flip single family residences in Tallahassee FL. We have a crew that we use for our flips. However, we have 5 houses ready to go, but not enough help to keep up. I'm looking for a skilled labor guy that can do demo, woodwork, framing, drywall, light plumbing/electric, hang pictures, etc. The hours are flexible. The hourly rate is negotiable. MUST have reliable transportation. If you are a good fit, there could be a lot of hours available. We also have 12 AirBnb's in the area and I as the owner could use someone that can address simple issues on a moments notice.
