Must be self directed, competent know what you are doing, care about your work, trustworthy, honest, self directed with all tools and skill to use them. Must be competent installing mini-splits and related electrical.
Smart phone required for "Time Clock" management - Daily Work Progress Photos / paid weekly /
Requires capable and provable skills in:
Metal Roof repairs
Vinyl / metal siding repairs
Rebuilding stairs / small decks / repairs
Light Plumbing / electrical service
Carpentry, paneling, trim and small fabrications
Door / Window Install Repairs
Subfloor and flooring repairs
Trailer set up and securing
Vinyl skirting installation
Mini-split set up / connection
Drywall capable
Painting skills
Kitchen cabinet installation / remodeling
Bathroom remodeling / Service
Trash out / clean out
Require professional, minimum 7 years.
