In search of an Accounting Assistant to enter customer invoices and update customer records daily, process weekly accounts payable, process financial paperwork weekly, reconcile credit card statements and record GL entries when necessary.
MUST have some idea of how accounting works and the importance of processing all of this in a timely manner. Must have experience in an office setting, using office 365 and QuickBooks.
