Marine Manufacturer in West Pasco County seeking well organized and energetic office person to assist the owners with Bookkeeping and all typical office functions. We seek an individual that is knowledgeable in the fields of Accounting & Bookkeeping with in depth experience using QB and all Microsoft Office software suite.
Preferably someone proficient in using Quickbooks Pro for Distribution and Manufacturing.
Job responsibility include but not limited to:
1- Organizing, updating and maintaining Company Files both physical and digital including:
-Customer Files
-Purchasing and Supplier Files
-Employee/ HR Files
-Inventory
2- Data Entry (In QB)
- Orders
- Travelers
- Purchase Orders
- Accounts Payable
- Etc.
3- Create Shipping documents
4- Answer Phone calls and greet visitors
5- Maintain Office Supplies
This a 5 day a week position Part Time that may lead to full time
Preferred Hours are: 8:30- 1:00
