Experienced bookkeeper needed for CPA firm in Clearwater
Work will include:
Monthly and quarterly accounting for business clients which includes preparing financials, bank reconciliations, and sales tax preparation.
Quarterly payroll reporting - preparing Form 941 and RT-6.
Annual payroll reporting - preparing Form 940, W-2 and W-3.
Scheduling clients and answering client phone calls and emails on a daily basis.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online and Excel.
Knowledge of Lacerte Tax Software and ability to prepare basic tax returns is also a plus.
