BOOKKEEPER/RESERVATION SYSTEM REVIEW
Established local Clearwater RV/Mobile Home Park Owner/Manager is seeking a team player to assist with Accounting, Payroll and Insurance.
Accounting Support:
Bank Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable Backup
Accounts Payable Backup
Payroll Backup with time sheet review and entry to ADP System
Sales Tax (Florida & Missouri) filing
Insurance Claims & Coverage:
Main contact for receiving and initiating claims to the agent advisor (Auto, General Liability, Property, Workers’ Comp.
Maintain the auto policy and drivers schedule
Reservation System Review
Coordinate with IT/Systems team lead to review specific location activity.
- Review (prior days) daily arrivals and departures to ensure accuracy in reservation records.
- Verify that all guest transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with company policies.
$20.00 - $22.00 hourly
Full time position Monday thru Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
