C & C CARS is looking to add another valuable team member to the organization. We are looking for a person to help in our collections department. Experience is a positive but can train. Looking for someone who excels on the phone and has customer service skills. Can look at accounts and help explain if questions arise. Data entry is a must.
Daily task will include but not limit too:
phone calls (answering and dialing)
collecting payments via phone/online and in person
checking emails
booking in vehicles purchased
sending emails and letters
Looking for someone with an out-going personality. on time. task oriented. detail oriented.
5 day work week.
We are opened Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-3 (schedule will be discussed at interview)
