I am looking for a PT or FT bookkeeper who is an Quickbooks expert for a small multi-unit restaurant business.
Responsibilities would include:
1) Daily Sales Posting and cash verification
2) Bank Reconciliation
3) Paying the bills
4) Payroll and related tax filings
5) Posing A/P and A/R
6) General filing, human resource and office management.
You must have good communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word. Reliable Transportation. Flexible hours.
Must be a self starter and have relevant Quickbooks experience
You will be working from my home office in Oldsmar. I have a dog. Pay is $18 to $25 an hour based on experience.
