A multifaceted commercial real estate family office interested in bringing on an experienced administrator, bookkeeper, and or front desk person. Prior experience within Commercial Real Estate, banking, and general contracting is well-received but not required. Tasks include general administrative and clerical duties, paying bills, directing phone calls, etc. The job is unlimited in potential to grow and advance within the company. Candidates need to be proficient in MS Excel and be capable of producing high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment. Full Time/part time M-F, In-Person 8AM - 4:30PM.
