Busy Freeze Dried Candy Company has an immediate opening for an Assistant Operations Manager position
We are looking for a candidate who is team-oriented, can multi-task, and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in directing many employees on the operations of the business.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective buyers to sell our candy products
Skills:
- Must be able to quickly learn the operations of the business.
- Must be able to help with sales and customer aquisition when necessary
- Must be able to work well with others and keep them performing at a high level.
- Must have outstanding organizational skills
We are seeking the perfect person that will do a little bit of everything in this business. Starting pay will depend on experience, but after that will be up to this person. We will give large raises to a candidate that performs. We are looking for the best. Experience is great, but we are looking for a quick learner that can learn this business quickly and most importantly, add value. We are seeking someone that will stay busy and work hard. Lazy people need not apply. We are looking to interview immediately and get started soon. We are looking to double the size of this business so this candidate will have plenty of room for advancement here.
This person will quickly learn the business and need to be able to coach others very quickly. Spanish/ Bilingual candidates are a huge plus but not necessary.
