Established Marine Construction company looking for an experienced General Manager to coordinate projects (i.e. building docks and installing boat lifts) in southern Pinellas County.
Job Details:
Overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list.
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and potential issues.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, etc
Plan and order materials and coordinate delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
5+ years project management experience for a home builder/construction company
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and with commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on budget
Ability to read simple contracts and plans
College degree desired but not required
Extensive boating experience
Clean driving record a must
Compensation:
