About the Company

We’re a 17-year-old retail foreign currency exchange business, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with locations across Texas and Florida. Our core focus is the buying and selling of physical foreign currency (cash banknotes) — a unique space that blends the structure of banking with the fast pace of retail.

We currently operate with just under 50 employees and maintain a strong, close-knit culture that values accountability, trust, and forward thinking.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director to join our executive leadership team. You’ll work directly with the Vice President and President, helping manage the company’s daily operations and playing a key role in the future growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership position — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn’t afraid to step in where needed.

This role has strong potential to evolve into a Vice President-level position, particularly as the founder begins to step back from daily operations over the next year.

Step into various areas of the business to maintain flow and accountability

Oversee coordination across departments and assist with special projects

Help uphold the strong internal culture of professionalism and teamwork

Bring leadership, structure, and support across all areas of the company

Assist with strategy, business planning, and operational oversight

Preferred Experience

Strong human resources experience is highly valued — understanding how to manage people and navigate workplace dynamics is essential

Experience managing or leading teams of 30+ people across multiple locations

Background in retail, banking, operations, or service-based industries is a plus

High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with clarity and fairness

A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to “fill in the gaps” wherever needed

At least 5–7 years of professional experience in a leadership or executive support role

Why Join Us?

Be part of a stable, growing company with a unique niche in the market

Work closely with two strong leaders and help shape the next chapter of the business

Step into a role with real responsibility and clear upward mobility

Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment with a healthy office culture
