Job Summary:
As the Project & Operations Manager at Solar Max, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and managing our solar energy projects from start to finish. This position requires a blend of project management prowess and operational excellence to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in project management, specifically within the solar energy sector or related fields.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in solar energy systems.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
