We seek a senior bookkeeper to stay on top of our property financials and other business financials. No real estate experience required.
Rather than being a real estate expert, you should be a “take charge” numbers person, who loves to find and close the leaks in profit and loss statements. For example, identifying excess costs in recurring expenses.
You must be comfortable working independently and working with others to identify the treasure in the financials. If you require lots of supervision, this role is not for you.
Compensation: $60K full-time; $30/hr part-time.
