Responsibilities:
Assist clients with financing applications in both Spanish and English.
Conduct outbound verification calls; no cold calling involved.
Ensure a smooth and efficient communication process.
Collaborate with our team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
