Tampa based manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic individual for their Customer Care and Data Entry role.
Looking for a sharp individual with problem solving abilities, and skilled in assisting customers with technical quoting.
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
$17.00 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience
Essential Functions:
Order Entry for all product lines.
Provide basic level 1 technical assistance to customers.
Able to learn basics of our products in first 6 months.
Basic computer skills.
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address their inquiries.
Conduct phone calls to verify customer information and gather feedback.
Follow up on Quotes sent to customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.
Data entry and verification of orders.
Process return authorizations.
Other duties as assigned
