Property management company is looking for a full-time person to help with the day to day operations. Some of the responsibilities will include:
Answering phones
Providing rental information to potential renters
Follow-up on completed work orders
Walk vacant houses
The right person should have great customer service skills. We offer a hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, monthly cell phone stipend, two weeks paid vacation a year, and health, dental & vision insurance. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
