Full Time Greeter needed at AdventHealth Tampa (FKA Florida Hospital Tampa)
Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm, NO WEEKENDS
POSITION SUMMARY
The Greeter provides excellent customer service. They will greet, assist and direct both customers and patients in a friendly way. The Greeter follows company procedures and safety rules. And they will report safety issues and other concerns to the manager. The Greeter must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned to provide good service and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be able to work as a team player and sustain your professionalism at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience is recommended.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to walk/stand continuously.
