Nvirotect Pest Control Services – Lawn & Shrub Care Service Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage day to day operations of a lawn & shrub care route for commercial and residential accounts
Follow a daily route ensuring timely arrival at each scheduled stop while managing routine monthly route of customers
Apply fertilizers and pesticides at residential and commercial accounts in the proper manner following safety procedures, SDS and label instructions
Diagnose insect, disease, and weed issues on customer’s lawns
Discuss scope of services provided to customer, answer customers questions on service
Fill out and turn in legible, accurate and concise service tickets
Call customers to confirm call ahead appointments
Be responsible for managing a clean vehicle, equipment and uniform
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience preferred, but not required
Valid Driver’s License
Mandatory drug screening and background check
Highly motivated individual
Desire to work on a team
Good communication skills
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times as outlined
Work well independently
