Full-Time, Long-Term Position

Company Overview:

We specialize in motorized home automation products. We sell through our website and key partners like eBay and Amazon. As a dynamic and rapidly growing company, we are committed to provide quality motorized screens and access lock products to our customers.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our office, packing, shipping & receiving, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who can handle multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and package orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.

Provide customer service, both in person and through online and phone communications.

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or complaints.

Data entry, phone support, and responding to emails.

Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Use basic power tools (drills, saws) as needed for warehouse tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

College diploma preferred but not required.

Organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Comfortable using basic power tools.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
