The Position
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Your days will be spent in our South Tampa office as part of a team managing our single-family rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. You will get to know our landlords and tenants and will advocate for them internally to ensure we deliver excellent property management services. You will develop a thorough knowledge of each property, landlord, tenant, and community and build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, vendors, and team members. Over time, you will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success and service stories.
Compensation:
$48K to $58K

Requirements:
You are an ideal candidate if you:
Are a fast-moving, enthusiastic, and self-disciplined,
Are a positive and respectful team player

Self-motivating, proactive, and organized with a strong work ethic
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Spanish would be a plus, but not required.
Good computer and technology skills.
Believe in being “firm yet fair”.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to visit properties in the Tampa Bay area.
Have a College Degree (or equivalent)
Have 5 - 6 years of prior work experience. Prior work experience does not need to be in property management.
