Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and send out appointments for sales representatives.
Provide customer follow-up, delivering 5-star service.
Reschedule and confirm same-day or next-day appointments.
Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Customer-first attitude and a great personality.
Ability to work day/evening shifts and alternate weekends after training.
Willingness to work possible overtime after training.
No prior experience required; we provide full training.
