Our group manages self storage/boat rv facilities in Pinellas/Pasco County and around Florida.
We're looking for an associate to work in our self storage and/or boat/rv storage facilities.
Position Requirements:
Computer Literate - We use an easy to learn system where we input all client information. MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE.
Telephone Etiquette - Talking with potential clients regarding their needs is very important.
Email - We use email as well as the telephone to communicate to different locations. It's imperative that the right candidate is also used to using email.
Walking/Showing Units - You must have the ability to walk/show units (lift single car garage door).
Cleaning - Cleaning units when vacated, picking up/cleaning walkways/facility is required.
Working Hours: Our Stores are open 7 days per week. Staff schedules usually consist of 3 or 4 days (9 am to 5:30 pm). We will discuss the specific schedule with candidates.
People with a background in HOSPITALITY, PROPERTY LEASING, do very well with our group.
We are seeking PART TIME AND FULL TIME ASSOCIATES.
