Regional Property Management company is seeking PART TIME & FULL TIME self storage associates and managers!

Those with national self storage experience, hotel/hospitality experience, we're a great fit!
Job Requirements:
Part Time -20 to 24 hours per week
Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Scheduling for 7 days per week / Managers: Tuesday through Saturday, Associates: Sunday through Wednesday
Competencies:
Must be able to type, use a computer (no 2 finger typing please),
Must be able to to respond via telephone, email to client inquiries,
Must be able to walk/drive a golf cart to show self storage units.
Must be able to lift/open self storage unit doors to show units,
Must be able to maintain a clean office, clean out units (broom) upon vacate,
Must be able to call our valuable clients for collection reminders,
Must be able to talk about the amenities provided at our beautiful facilities and rent/lease!
