JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage day to day operations of a termite route for commercial and residential pest control including sales and service
Perform termite inspections for all types of termites / wood destroying organisms
Perform WDO inspections for real estate closing
Perform Pre-Treatments during construction
Perform Warranty Renewal Inspections
Accurately and legible fill out all required documents for the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well as in house paperwork (Work Orders, Service Agreements, Charts, Renewal Forms, Inspection Forms, Etc.)
Follow a route schedule ensuring timely arrival at each stop
Perform Pest Control service when necessary - Apply pesticides to homes, business, facilities, etc. in accordance with Quality Pro / Green Pro standards, safety procedures, SDS and label instructions
Discuss scope of services provided to customers, answer customers questions regarding service
Sell termite services, understand and clearly explain products, options, warranty, and pricing
Be responsible for managing a clean vehicle, equipment, and uniform
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Certified Termite Operator – or willing to test to become certified
Minimum 1 year termite experience
Valid Driver’s License
Mandatory drug screening and background check
Highly motivated individual with positive attitude
Desire to work on a team
Good communication skills
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times as outlined
Work well independently
Required experience:
Certified Termite Operator - preferred
Trench and Treat Service Protocol
Sentricon Always Active Service Experience a plus, but not required
