In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling roofing and solar jobs, and updating project notes in our management software.
Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
-Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
-Updating project notes and details accurately in our project management software.
-Scheduling roofing and solar installation jobs with customers and our team.
-Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
-Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Knowledge or interest in roofing and solar industries is a plus.
