Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about early childhood education, possess strong classroom management skills, and create a stimulating and loving learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with all childcare licensing regulations and policies.
Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with families.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through intentional teaching practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have First Aid and Infant CPR Certification.
Level Two Background Screening required.
DCF training requirement for FCC must be completed.
Experience working with young children in a childcare or early education setting preferred.
Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
Passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development.
