Looking for someone with a Digital Customer Experience background to join a fast-paced B2B e-commerce team! This role sits in IT, but will primarily support the sales team for training, demos, advocate for web based products, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Learns new features of the digital product (ecommerce B2B website) and cascades to sales. Resource will work with IT Product Management regularly.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience.
• Liaise with an organization’s marketing, sales and advertising units to analyze customer feedback and develop programs effective for improved customer experience.
• Guide and direct the activities of customer experience representative to ensure their interactions with clients reflects positively on the company.
• Organize projects and initiatives that enlighten company staff on the associated benefits/consequences of their decisions on customer experience and on company profits.
• Conduct research to identify more personalized methods of product marketing/sales
