I am a graduate student in STEM currently getting into reading literature as a somewhat serious hobby. This is probably a long shot but tbh I am looking for someone to discuss some of the “Great Books” with in person, perhaps once a week, ideally someone who is passionate about literature and truly enjoys speaking about the great writers of the 18th20th centuries. Ideally, this would become a lasting friendship and a genuine connection, but any serious academic connection is also welcome! I would like to meet for maybe 2 hours a week over coffee and just talk about books. It would be on weekends since I will be doing rotations at the hospital during the week.
