SparkGrounds Academy, a new, fully-funded first through sixth grade private school, is seeking a full-time Program Director. This position is perfect for the experienced, innovative classroom teacher ready to have the resources and support necessary to truly make a difference in the lives of children.
The SparkGrounds Academy, a division of SparkGrounds, will provide a Montessori-inspired and project-based full-time learning environment with a focus on STEM, art, and out-of-classroom experiences.
The Program Director will be responsible for developing the school’s educational programs, leading and supporting teachers, and working closely with the company founders. This role will blend leadership, curriculum development, and hands-on teaching to help the Academy realize its vision.
