Overview:
Americasa Inc., a leading remodeling company in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a qualified DBPR Licensed Builder Contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering customer relationships and overseeing the projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Understand clients' remodeling needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Construction Relationship Management:
-Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements.
-Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Address construction-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
3. Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and remodeling sector.
-Develop strategic partnerships to enhance company growth.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
4. Team Collaboration:
-Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
-Provide constructive feedback to enhance project delivery and customer experience.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
-Generate regular reports on project progress, client feedback, and business development activities.
-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Licensed builder or contractor with valid credentials from the DBPR.
2. Proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
