We're Hiring: CAD Assistant
- Location: Tampa, 33619

- Pay: starting at $20.00 per hour (adjustable depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and revise technical CAD drawings for construction and engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing logs
- Support field teams by providing updated plans and layouts
- Ensure all drawings meet company and industry standards
Expertise & Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
- Experience with architectural design tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and survey data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- understanding of civil, structural, or MEP engineering principles is a plus
- Familiarity with construction documentation and permitting processes is a plus
- Experience with 2D and 3D drafting for site layouts, structural details, or utility plans is a plus
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships count)
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
