Hiring part / full time CAD drafting person immediately must have experience in operating AutoCAD station. The followings are required to be considered for the position:
- knowledge in architectural design and drafting for residential and light commercial projects.
- Part time to full time when needed. Flexible hours.
- Understand construction techniques and applications.
- Secretarial duties will be performed.
- Work include contacting sub-contractors, vendors and ordering materials.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 3D and rendering knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Architecture and construction students and interns are welcome. Must have AutoCAD skills.
- Pay is based on experience.
- Field supervision and sites visit will be necessary occasionally.
