A skilled Restoration Project Manager oversees and manages restoration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction and project management. His responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and oversee restoration projects from start to finish
2. Review schematics and blueprints to plan project execution
3. Conduct construction estimating and project scheduling
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the restoration process
5. Build foundational relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and insurance adjustors based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to manage a team to complete projects successfully
6. Also build sales-building and lasting/repeat relationships with key customers direct and B2B
7. Actively work with clients/owners and sub-contractors for all projects managed
8. Track metrics during bi-weekly or monthly business review
9. Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints
10. Accomplish reports, documentation and tools in preparing, planning and executing restoration projects
