job detailsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Professional with experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) to join our team. This role will involve managing billing and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Invoice Processing: Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers.

Payment Tracking & Collection: Monitor incoming payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies.

Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile A/R accounts and maintain up-to-date A/R aging reports.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding billing and account balances professionally.

Document Management: Maintain organized records of financial documents for easy retrieval and compliance.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate efficient communication.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and company events as needed.

Office Supplies & Inventory: Track office supplies and place orders to ensure resources are stocked and available.

General Support: Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and other documentation for management.
