job detailsPlease note: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered. Your local Randstad is seeking a customer service representative to assist in warehouse duties as well office support with people in the field. Whether it be contractors, installers, vendors, customers, or another party, you will serve as a liason and trouble shoot their issues. This role is open to entry level associates. Liaise with subcontracted flooring installers to coordinate work order assignments, ensuring clear communication of job details and expectations.
Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and perform precise data entry into relevant systems.
Proactively address and resolve work order issues by communicating effectively with subcontractors and other stakeholders, striving to find prompt and effective solutions.
Investigate and research issues related to work order charge-backs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
As needed, utilize your product knowledge and exceptionalcustomer service skills to deliver phone-based support to customers, addressing their concerns and providing information to achieve customer satisfaction.
Interact as needed with colleagues from various departments, including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
