Description We are searching for a diligent Bookkeeper to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for handling crucial financial tasks such as collecting rent, conducting property inspections, dealing with vendor bills, and executing bank reconciliations. Conduct property inspections to maintain the quality and value of properties. Manage vendor bills and ensure their timely payment. Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of our records. Carry out journal entries to keep financial records updated. Ensure accurate data entry to maintain the integrity of our financial information. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure smooth financial operations. Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Utilize bookkeeping skills to manage and oversee financial data and compliance. Handle property management tasks to maintain the organization and profitability of properties.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments in a timely manner Knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all payments are received and properly recorded Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations, comparing internal financial records with bank statements to identify any discrepancies Strong background in Bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records for the organization Proficient in Data Entry, able to quickly and accurately input financial data into the company's system Experience in Journal Entries, recording all business transactions and accounting details Ability to Enter Vendor Invoices, ensuring all vendor transactions are properly documented and paid Familiarity with Property Management, understanding how to handle financial transactions related to property expenses and income Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
