Responsibilities

Partner closely with client, guests, and catering staff to produce exceptional events that exceed guest expectations, drive referrals, and build positive brand awareness

Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage all catering events from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of product and service throughout

Develop effective presentations both verbally and written where ideas and recommendations display strong understanding and expertise

Organize necessary banquet, kitchen, and service staff and arrangements for each event

Document and review all records for each catering event, maintain an excellent track record of budgetary allotments and exceeding guests' expectations

Design and deliver appropriate catering menus by collaborating with clients and chefs

Qualifications

Minimum three years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue is highly preferred

Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing

Excellent customer service orientation, communication, data analysis, and organizational skills

Ability to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and evenings

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related preferred
