Provide day-to-day supervision for document review engagements, monitor team productivity and quality, design and implement document review quality control protocols
Advise and support clients in the delivery of end-to-end eDiscovery work streams
Develop and execute document review workflows
Help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally
Consult internally and with clients on document review workflows
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience working with eDiscovery and document review processes; minimum three years of recent experience using Relativity
Juris doctor (JD) from an accredited college/university and currently licensed to practice law in the United States
Experience with large-scale document review engagements
Exceptional client service and follow-up skills
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
