 Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Estimator- Construction Management to work with our team and meet client objectives through the delivery of an effective cost management service.The Estimator is responsible for providing independent cost estimates for new construction and change order work, as well as change order reviews for construction and renovation projects throughout the United StatesThe team consults on a wide portfolio of large-scale (multi-billion dollar) construction management programs for our key, well-known clients, including Federal, K-12 and Higher Education. To be successful in this position you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.   Job Objectives: Perform Quantity Surveys and material / labor takeoffs.Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.Ability to estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed level.Assist on feasibility studies.Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.Provide input into value engineering.Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all projects stages.Identify improvements for cost estimating procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to leadership.

Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an intergral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.
