A Typical DayThe Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising the coordination of all daily activities to ensure operational objectives are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. As the Supervisor , you will be responsible for the maintenance of our Pennymac facilities, as well as the point of contact for Facilities related applications and programs including AutoCad and CAFM. You will be expected to know and utlilize skills such as basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and other facets of building maintenance. The Facilities Supervisor will :

Assist the Facilities team to ensure job responsibilities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to meet established individual and collective productivity, quality, and timeliness goals

Provide hands on support with minor repairs and improvements, but during normal work hours and at other times to minimize disruption to the business

Travel to other locations as needed

Create and deliver regular reports to department management

Work with IT and other support groups to ensure open communication, mutual understanding of team and fulfillment site goals and objectives

Develop and/or ensure that training and skill building aids are created and appropriately implemented

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory guidelines

Proficient in Excel and Word, AutoCad and CAFM systems

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary$65,000 - $100,000 Work ModelOFFICE
