Job Description

The roles and the responsibilities for this job includes:


  • Proactively act as a coordinator between hiring managers and recruiters to assist all aspects of recruiting and onboarding

  • Research and develop clear and accurate job descriptions (responsibilities and qualifications) for different positions

  • Diligently track and document the recruiting progress of each position in Excel and OneNote

  • Timely and consistently follow up with hiring managers and recruiters on outstanding items

  • Provide management daily reports to highlight progress and challenges of the recruiting process

  • Take on ad hoc assignments/projects per management requests.




Qualifications


  • Must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an enthusiastic and approachable style

  • Must have worked and have proven capability of tracking and managing projects

  • Must be an excellent organizer

  • Must have work knowledge of Excel (Pivot table) and OneNote

  • Work during regular business hours
