Support multiple Informatica MDM, PC and IDQ Platforms
Must have experience working on MDM platform upgrades
Must have good experience in MDM administration and architecture
Must be strong in SQL and UNIX experience would be plus
Should be familiar with Informatica 9.x, 10.X architecture.
Experience in code migration across multiple repositories.
Must have some development knowledge to assist users with performance issues.
Experience with applying hot fixes and patches.
Well versed with Informatica command line reference for daily maintenance.
Familiarity with Admin Console to administer repositories and integration services and user security
Space Maintenance by frequent refresh of memory with log files, Cache files
Manage Development, QA and Production environments.
Configuration of ODBC file, Adding the ODBC Entries to the ODBC file based on User Request/Ticket Raised
Server maintenance - Debugging issues write to Informatica services.
Monitoring process from Server
Acts as ambassador between the various projects teams involving Application Support Team , Network, Database Teams, Storage and Unix teams (OS Team)
System level parameter checks CPU spike, Memory utilization , Number of parallel loads (sessions) running on each node
6+ years of overall experience in IT with strong understanding of Informatica PC, IDQ, Master Data Management (MDM) architecture, Data Quality, Data Governance and BI concepts
5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM (9.7.x or greater)
Knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Knowledge of basic UNIX shell scripting Good Knowledge of Informatica Power Centre
Experience in Pharma domain is an added advantage
Knowledge of ITIL support framework
Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving
