Description:Coordinate schedule for installation technicians. Perform welcome calls to customer within 48 hours of job been booked. Perform pre-installation calls to confirm site readiness. Confirm appointments by calling the customers. Process job closeouts correctly. Provide all paperwork for jobs and get all packets/files ready for the installers and for the other departments (permitting, warehouse). Efficiently follow up on jobs and with the necessary departments to drive customer satisfaction and job closure. Daily updates to the Installation Portal (TIP) and Labor Scheduler (Gantt). Update TIP when job is "touched" (calls, orders, follow-up, etc). Closeout National Account Jobs and process any jobs for cancellation. Communicate with National Account Coordinators regarding site readiness, scheduling etc. Contact Sales reps to get additional information as required. Contact Data team when confirmation number is required for non-monitored accounts. Ensures that the local SSO warehouse is a safe, organized, and secure facility and takes immediate corrective action necessary to regain compliance when defaults are found. Keep safety practices in the warehouse, wear 100% PPE, and ensure zero harm. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly material handling tasks such as: o Ordering parts for customer jobs. o Receiving parts physically and in inventory system (Oracle). o Dispatching materials to technicians and Issuing equipment to jobs. o Requesting RMAs and returning parts to vendors. Check all orders to ensure accuracy. Staging parts in the correct warehouse locations. Pull and pack materials. Communicate with freight carriers regarding daily bills of lading. Prepare of shipping documents as necessary. Perform general warehouse duties including housekeeping, stocking, safety and maintenance. Follow up with vendors and procurement on parts status and ETA. Update Installation Portal with the part status. Look for parts availability in other branches to meet customer expectations. Conduct special projects as physical inventories, cycle counts, and rightsizing, among others.
