Emphasis will be placed on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to align with customer expectations and our corporate objectives.
Overseeing and guiding production teams, including Production Control & Inventory Management, Machining (CNC & Manual), and Welding & Assembly, Test, Repair, and Overhaul
Actively participating in shift meetings to provide feedback and observe operations, with an eye on fostering continuous improvement
Motivating and nurturing the professional growth of team members to optimize their performance
Ensuring the attainment of manufacturing performance and quality objectives
Maximizing the utilization of manufacturing resources, including personnel and equipment
Enforcing adherence to company guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols
Collaborating with the Engineering team to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and meticulous documentation for future reference
Maintaining production schedules and promptly adapting to changing priorities as needed
The essential functions of this role include:
