Are you a strategic thinker, passionate on improving client experience? You have found the right team.As a Project Analyst you will focus on developing strategic priorities, creating executive business reporting, and key deliverable planning. You will partner with functional leaders and their teams as well as serving as a liaison to Payments Solution Center business partners. In this role you will ensure priorities are aligned to overall business strategy and stay on target for execution and delivery. You will also work directly with executive and senior leadership on strategic planning, reporting and initiatives to ensure operational standards, client experience, and proper planning is in place to safeguard the business.Job Responsibilities

Manage reporting to monitor KPIs, key risk indicators, identify trends, and make recommendations to business leaders

Prepare and manage functional review process across the business, including business partners

Develop high quality business presentations that deliver concise messages to senior leaders

Identify and remove barriers to execution and communication

Coordinate tracking and reporting against progress of key deliverables to ensure financial and client commitments are met

Lead key business initiatives

Partner with functional leaders and teams to align strategies and report progress

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

5 or more years of operations, finance, or business reporting experience.

Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills - ability to assimilate broad-ranging information quickly and be able to distill into key points; communicating clearly and concisely to audiences at all levels of leadership

Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills with experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data

Ability to balance competing priorities and manage to stringent time lines

Demonstrated ability to tell the story required to influence strategic business results

Strong client management skills

Strong business judgement and ability to appropriately escalate as needed

Develop strategic priorities and objectives in partnership with leadership team

Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and engage business and functional partner team and leaders in remediation
