Manage multiple team engagements at any given time. Engagements include members from multiple business partner teams across the globe.
Function as the primary point of contact for any issues and must be comfortable delegating and directing team members in performing tasks.
Manage and report on the tasks involved in every effort, while maintaining effort specifics/status in JIRA.
Ensure projects follow security and compliance rules and regulations.
Think on your feet, question anything that does not make sense, think about process improvement.
