ABOUT THIS ROLE St. Michael’s is looking to fill a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant position to support the hiring team. You will support the entire hiring process from identifying possible candidates, assist with writing standardized technical interview questions, and supporting the candidates future onboarding. Beyond clerical duties like candidate database maintenance, the Recruitment Assistant will help identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, help screen candidates, and assist interviewees. Your communication skills will be beneficial as you communicate daily either verbally or through email, with Senior Leaders of the company, Managers, and Task Leads. LOCATION Remote – Eastern Time Zone. This is a part-time position. REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

1-2 Year'sexperience

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process to include recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Proficiency using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as JazzHR.

Adept at using Microsoft office Suite of products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting related role.

Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the hiring process by performing various administrative tasks, such as posting job announcements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the ATS.

Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.

Screen resumes and perform initial phone screening of candidates.

Coordinate and communicate with task leads, managers, and other team members as needed.

Follow up with candidates as they move through the interview process to support a positive candidate experience.

Represent St. Michael’s at job fairs and professional conferences.

Coordinate travel for candidates that require travel for in-person interview.

Provide other administrative assistance as needed.
