Rework TechnicianJob Description: Check foot straps for ESD compliance as needed. Follow ISO process sheet for the operation. Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines. Participate in performance feedback. Use tweezers, solder extractor, solder iron, hot air pencil, and hot air reflow to rework printed circuit boards per specifications. Be detailed and meticulous in work and able to solder precisely. Be knowledgeable of rework aids such as solder braid, flux, flux-core solder, solder paste, and isopropyl alcohol. Use visual aids to rework boards when necessary. Keep records in the quality system, including parts tracking, defect locations, and specific issues with the boards. Enter scrap information into the quality system. Perform additional duties as necessary. Conduct patent trace repair and BGA. Engage in continuous inspection of products/objects/materials, simple planning, and simple decision making.Hard Skills

Second Shift: 3PM-2AM Monday - Thursday
Four 10 hour shifts
Weekend: 6AM-6PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
4 Dollar Shift Difference for Weekend and 1 Dollar for Second Shift.
