Position DescriptionThe Sr. Change Manager will focus on the people side of change – including process and system improvements and new technology, integration, and solution rollouts. Working as part of the PMO Team, this role will participate in highly visible cross-functional initiatives and partner with business leaders, business analysts and change management leaders to support the execution of key projects across the organization.The Sr. Change Manager will be involved in multiple projects concurrently working to provide the analysis of stakeholders, help establish training and communications plans, and other documentation. This role will also focus on performing impact analysis, identification and tracking of KPIs and success measures, and risk mitigation. As needed, the Sr. Change Manager will be involved in establishing change networks and working with employees serving in a change agent capacity. A passion for rolling out new technology in a global organization, the impact of change on individuals, and understanding change management principles is critical to being successful in this role.Duties:

The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement

Develop, deploy and apply a set of consistent processes, tools and templates for the people side of change caused by projects and organizational change efforts

Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

Monitor project schedules for communications and training deliverables

Establish parameters to measure the effectiveness of change management activities

Identify both expected and potential points of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies

Administer surveys to collect employee feedback and derive themes and corrective actions

Conduct impact analysis studies for the rollout of technology

Create sponsor roadmaps and ensure execution of sponsorship activities

Develop and maintain change agent networks

Perform change management training requirements analysis

Support the development of training plans, curriculum, schedules, enrollment and delivery of effective end-user training

Proactively work with change leaders to identify and assess stakeholders in context of change being introduced.

Work with change leaders to develop/ redefine/ confirm roles, procedures, responsibilities, accountabilities, support systems and incentives that address and reflect the changes identified.

Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and decomposing information into change activities

Partner with specialists in HR, training and communication to support the execution of change activities

Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Education and Expereince:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, General Management or related field required.

Four (4) to six (6) years of experience with change management projects, leveraging knowledge and skills in change management principles, methodologies and tools required.

Two (2) to four (4) years of project/program management experience required. Previous experience in an IT environment is strongly preferred.

Change Management Professional designation preferred.

Project Management Professional designation preferred.

Position-Specific Work Requirements:

May be required to travel up to 15% - 20% of the time based on business needs

Must comply and acknowledge the "Refresco Home-based Job Requirements" policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.

This position requires travel for on-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks, possibly longer.

This position requires Spring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings in Tampa.

Due to the impact that this role has on Refresco North American operations, travel on short notice to provide business critical support may be required.
